Expats VS Local staff? 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?

We have so many expats in my organization. They are getting much higher salary 3-5X more salary compare to local staff. They get housing allowance, transportation allowance, and better compensation.

I am working as a local staff. My work hour is 9:00-5:00. Most of times, I will get call on the weekend, early morning, night to assist my supervisor or co-wokers. Now, I am tired of this kind of treatment.

Please give me some advice on this. Thank you!Expats VS Local staff? 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?
well first of all i dont think yu should be looking at them as expats-

yu have to ask yourself as to wether these people are more qualified than yu are-and as a result getting more per hour than yu are?

or have they come into the company having been employed from abroad-by the company itself-for which the company would give them housing benefits..

why do yu not speak to the management and voice out your feelings as being unjust-provided yu feel the grounds yu are arguing your case on is backed by hard facts..

there has to be something agreed-have yu signed a contract with your company?did yu agree with the terms and conditions to your contract-and happy at the conditions and sign?

because if they arent paying yu enough as they should be-then yu have something..but if your salary increase every year-month is as yu agreed, then i guess yu should write a letter - or better yet speak to a manager about reviewing your salary-as yu feel yu are now giving the company more..

so:my advice would be-not to judge your colleagues-but to voice it out with management-and inform tham that yu wish to have a salary - work conditions review..im sure it'll go well..

Apparently these are highly paid professionals, brought in to do a job because of the expertise that they have. Apparently the locals, including YOU don't have this expertise, or they wouldn't be paying outsiders; that only makes sense.

I think if you rock the boat and think in ANY WAY that you are indispensable, you'll be pounding the pavement, and looking for work elsewhere. Get a grip, Cupcake, gofers are a dime a dozen in today's economy.
