if I run 2mi a day and lift weights and rock climb and swim and play a little bball is that considerd being very active?! Also what are some light and healthy breakfasts lunches and dinnners and maybe snacks? Can't b 2 heavy cuz need to work out right after all meals. Best answer gets 10ptsExrcise and meal advice??! Why not try salad? Just a few cucumbers lettuce tomatoes maybe some ranch (don't drench it though!)
And for dinner try something simple like frozen carrots, cook them (try to steam them) spaghetti with garlic and just a touch of butter and add salt and pepper...and if your still hungry have some more salad
and if you need a late night snack you should have something simple like yogert or warm glass of milk...
